If you are organising a high school prom, charity ball, corporate day out or some other large event, I will come along to the event and take photographs, which can be made available to guests to purchase on-line or can be used for promotion, as appropriate.
I am happy to donate a prize to charity auctions or raffles, in return for mention of picture-it-big in promotional materials for the event.
